OFFLINE TROUBLESHOOTING

Support and local controls

Clear steps for app access, the three deletion controls, no-account status, and the currently available postal contact.

The app does not connect

Room & Rhythm is intentionally offline. It does not require a login, Internet connection, email client, cloud service, permission prompt, or sync step. If the app does not open, use Android’s normal app-information screen to stop and reopen it, then confirm the installed version is 1.0.0.

Clear the Routine Tray

Open the floating Key Ring and choose Clear Routine Tray. This removes the locally stored module ID sequence. The same control also appears beneath the tray on the House Table whenever at least one slot is filled.

Clear saved keys

Open Key Ring and choose Clear Saved Keys. This removes the local favorite-module ID set. It does not affect the sixteen built-in modules because those readings are packaged with the app.

Reset every local choice

Open Key Ring and choose Reset All Local Choices, review the confirmation, and choose Reset. This clears the tray, saved keys, ribbon selection, and display toggles. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling also removes local choices; there is no server copy to request.

No account-deletion request is needed

The app has no account, registration, login, identifier, or server profile. Account deletion is not applicable. Do not send sensitive resident, health, incident, legal, financial, or personal information with a support or privacy inquiry.
