Multiple valid ways to take part
Inclusive Activity encourages equivalent roles such as arranging materials, keeping time, explaining a step, observing, or leaving a round. The purpose is to make participation flexible without singling out an individual or treating one communication style as the standard.
Ask instead of infer
Environment Tune and Meal Setup prompt adults to ask about reach, seating, sound, lighting, pace, and task choices. They do not assess disability, capacity, accommodation eligibility, diagnosis, or functional ability, and they do not store access needs.
Readable and operable surfaces
The interface uses native focusable controls, labeled text alternatives around the visual House Table, generous touch targets, strong contrast, a larger-type preference, a strong-contrast preference, and no required animation. Cards use plain language and keep decorative images separate from instructions.
Agency remains visible
Choice Markers requires every offered option to be genuinely available. Conversation Turn accepts silence, a short answer, or returning later. Boundary Doorway describes the speaker’s limit and action rather than claiming authority over another adult.
Adult audience boundary
Room & Rhythm is intended for adults and is not a children’s app. It does not provide youth profiles, messaging, location, attendance, or supervision. Where guardian, safeguarding, accessibility, or professional processes apply, those real-world processes remain necessary.
